AMP’s facilities provide advanced environments for battery research, power system integration, workforce training, and industry collaboration. These facilities are designed to support applied research, technology validation, and hands-on training that accelerate real-world deployment.
Power Research Lab
The Power Research Lab enables evaluation of grid resilience, charging infrastructure, and distributed energy integration, while training facilities support hands-on workforce development and industry engagement.
The lab provides flexible environment for evaluating grid integration, charging infrastructure, and resilience scenarios, including microgrid and distributed energy resource testing.
Battery Research Lab
The Battery Research Lab will expand AMP’s capabilities with pilot-scale pouch cell manufacturing and process validation, enabling partners to bridge development and production readiness.
The lab will support materials innovation, prototype development, and manufacturing workflow validation. A pilot-scale pouch cell line scheduled for completion in late summer 2026 will enable process validation and scale-up readiness.
